Privacy policy
This policy explains how PT Pixel and Profits Digital ("Pixel & Profits", "we") collects and uses personal data through pixelandprofits.com. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, website and monthly ad budget. Bookings run on Cal.com, which processes these details for us.
- When you apply for a job: your name, email, LinkedIn profile, portfolio link, notice period, salary expectation and CV.
- When you use the client portal: your name, email and a sign-in session.
- When you browse the site: usage data such as pages viewed, device, approximate location and the ad or link that brought you here, collected through Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tools it loads (for example Google Analytics and ad platform pixels).
How we use it
- To prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about working together.
- To assess job applications.
- To run the client portal and keep it secure.
- To measure which pages and ads work, and to improve the site and our campaigns.
We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of the site for us: Cal.com (bookings), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, email), advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads (ad measurement), Slack (internal notifications) and our hosting provider. They only process data to provide their service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside Indonesia.
How long we keep it
- Job applications: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Booking and enquiry details: for as long as we are in conversation, and up to 24 months after our last contact unless we start working together.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each tool.
Cookies
The client portal uses a sign-in cookie that is needed for it to work. On pixelandprofits.com, tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may set analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email hello@pixelandprofits.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We protect personal data with access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
