Social Media Strategist - Founder's Content (Remote)

This role will focus on building and scaling the founder’s personal brand, alongside selected Pixel & Profits social channels—turning experience, insight, and real-world lessons into content that builds authority and attracts the right customers.

âś… What You Will Do

  • Co-own content ideation & strategy with the founder (50:50 thinking partner, not task executor)
  • Translate raw ideas, reflections, and voice notes into clear, compelling content scripts.
  • Develop content that balances: [1] Authority with Credibility [2] Education & Insights, [3] Demand Creation.
  • Structure short-form videos (hooks, flow, framing). 
  • Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn & Instagram (Reels / Shorts / native video)
  • Write captions, format posts, and manage publishing cadence.
  • Own posting and content operations end-to-end.
  • Analyze performance and extract signal over vanity metrics
  • Continuously refine content based on what builds trust, not views

⚒️ Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years managing LinkedIn and/or Instagram for founders, operators, or brands.
  • Strong instincts for Hooks & framing, storytelling and clear thinking
  •  Comfortable turning rough ideas into clean, structured scripts
  • Solid short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) 
  •  Familiar with personal branding, thought leadership, or B2B content.
  • Strong written English (mixed EN-ID tone is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Slack, Loom
