âś… WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead & Build the Team

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Performance Marketing Executives — building SOPs, training playbooks, and onboarding frameworks that enable consistent, high-standard execution.
  • Run structured 1:1s and performance reviews, translating gaps into concrete development plans.
  • Be the escalation point for client and campaign challenges, resolve fast, and turn every issue into a team learning moment.

Own Strategy & Performance

  • Architect full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, CPAS, and e-commerce platforms, across both lead generation and e-commerce verticals.
  • Own the metrics that matter: CAC, MER, CPL, profit. ROAS is a guide, not the goal.
  • Drive multi-market campaigns across APAC, adapting strategy to local audiences, platforms, and buying behaviour.
  • Set the testing agenda, prioritise hypotheses, document learnings, diagnose funnel bottlenecks (traffic, creative, UX, offer), and turn experiments into scalable playbooks.

Technical Execution & Infrastructure

  • Own the full conversion tracking stack: GTM, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), TikTok Events API, offline conversion imports, CRM lifecycle management, attribution models, and tracking QA across all accounts.
  • Build AI-powered reporting dashboards and automated performance alerts that surface insights before clients even ask.
  • Collaborate with clients, creatives, and developers to reduce funnel friction and lift conversions.

⚒️ SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years running and optimising full-funnel paid media in an agency or in-house role (ideally managing monthly budgets of ≥IDR 500 million or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team — setting goals, reviewing performance, and developing talent.
  • Hands-on experience across both lead generation and e-commerce verticals.
  • Multi-market campaign experience across APAC is a huge plus
  • Deep multi-channel proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CPAS, and marketplace/e-commerce ad platforms.
  • Technical proficiency in GTM, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), offline conversion tracking, server-side tagging, attribution models, and data-layer QA.
  • Tool-fluent: GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience building performance playbooks, testing frameworks, and reporting templates the team can actually use.
  • Professional English and thrives in a fast, fully remote stack: Slack, Loom, Notion, Airtable
